The main goal of the project is to empower self-employment as a viable option for migrants and displaced people in Europe or their country of return by:

Create and implement training programs for educators that in general include knowledge on:
A. becoming ambassadors for contextualizing and implementing the “@Home In Transition” methodology, developed based on design anthropology, behavioural science,
and co-creation techniques.
B. how to use ICT and open educational resources for entrepreneurship, such as TREND and NDIEP platforms developed by some of the partners in this consortium.
C. pedagogical leadership, especially towards working with people that may have a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder - PTSD
D. systems entrepreneurship, modern business operation models, European rules and regulations, and cultural and financial topics related to running a business in Europe.

Activities/strategies to openly distribute the knowledge and experience
Conduct activities/strategies to openly distribute the knowledge and experience developed by the implementation of our programs and support the high outreach of ripple effects.
The main aim of these activities is to inspire and create a self-sustained network of actors who will carry out similar results by utilizing our work in their own way.

Implementation
The project would be implemented through our consortium in 5 countries:
Norway, Austria, Cyprus, Italy, and Greece.
These countries are selected due to their large number of migrants in order to change the face of their crisis into opportunity by better using the migrants' skills for their local economy.

Network of our consortium partners in their local countries.

Adult learning institutions as associated partners of our consortium in the targeted
countries with direct access to migrants. The aim is to train their adult educators and other personnel who support adult learners.

The context of areas with displaced and vulnerable populations who are either in transition or centralized in reception centers, or are spread across the urban fabric of the cities in all partner countries.
